In this postgraduate project for the Game Art and Animation program at Seneca College, I explored the use of modular kits and procedural generation. The buildings and lamp post were modeled in Maya using New York street references. The fences were procedurally generated in Houdini. The city block was built and rendered in Unreal Engine. Assets from Vehicle Variety Pack Volume 2 by Switchboard Studios were used in the scene. Foliage, additional props and decals were imported from Quixel. Ultra Dynamic Sky was used from the Unreal Engine Marketplace.
